You can Use PayPal or Venmo without PARPA incurring fees using these 2 methods.

(Note:  Fees are on the recipient’s end)

 

For Venmo:

Venmo usually will not charge fees.  It will charge a fee if you are funding it with a credit card.  To avoid the fees,  your Venmo Account must be linked to a bank account.

For PayPal:

If you initiate the “send” transaction from your personal PayPal account,  You simply SEND money.  It defaults to “Sending to “friends & family”  You can confirm that on the last screen before you send.
